Parking on or next to property . Room was good. Nice shower . Comfortable bed. Not Noisy. 2 mins walk to centre of Walking street bar area . Pool and surrounds was nice and quiet. Good for Family too ....no obvious evidence of " left-overs" from nightclubbing .

Restaurant was more expensive than surrounding restaurants.

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was very good. Swimming pool very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is great.

Decor is getting a little dated but it is clean and tidy.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Excellent guards whom I cannot praise sufficiently.

No hot water in shower. Asked the front desk to book Grab car for me, a member of staff agreed and later told me it was booked. On checkout I noticed a charge over around 2700 pesos for the hotel car. I objected saying I never booked it but the receptionist on duty tried to push me to pay it anyway! I refused to pay and she relented. I also noticed an extra charge for the restaraunt which I never used, I got rid of that too. They could do with a more advanced billing system instead of the handwritten paper notes they use. There's no good reason to refuse to book a taxi but that is the hotel's policy which wants you to use their own car.

I stayed here many of times in the past. As usual the food in the Lanai was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is always clean. The location is great, in reference to distance from Fields Ave.

I was disappointed that I was asked to pay up front since I booked through Booking.com. Every other time I booked a stay there, either directly or through another booking agency, I paid my bill at the end of my stay. That was annoying.

Initially we were to be housed in the next door annex accommodation block. We were happy to pay an additional amount to be moved to the main building near the pool, bar and restaurant.

Good rooms, nice staff, good swimming pool and restaurant. Place was just like expected.

Didn't saw to outside from my room window, I saw inner hallway.

Staff are excellent and very friendly from the cleaner to the security to the bar staff and reception. The pool area although not big is clean and comfortable. ATM on site very handy

The rooms are a little dated when compared to Western standards, but that would be expected in most of Asia. Pretty good value for money all in all

Water in shower nearly always cold on leukwarm at best.

Good location in the center of all things, but still one block off the main road, so it's quiet at night and easy to sleep. I felt safe all the time there.

Sheets didn't fit the bed and kept coming off every time I laid down. This was not just annoying but uncomfortable. When I pointed it out to the staff they would look at it "tomorrow" so I had the first three days in an itchy bed withour proper sheets. Not okay for a hotel of this class and price. Later on my stay the started using the bad sheets again instead of just using the flat sheets that wrapped around the mattress (the bad sheets were envelope sheets that were too small). Complained several times about this, and several days I had to go to the staff room and get fresh sheets and make the bed myself. On top of the mattress there was a thin quilted mattress with elastics wrapped around the cornors of the bed. In one cornor the elastic was broken, so they had tried to tied a knot and wrap this around the mattress. Didn't work so this also popped off every time I laid down. In general the comfort of the bed was very poor and completely unacceptable. Several times I was charged for mini bar items I hadn't taken (and which was never stocked into my room). This started right after check in, where a bag of crisps was missing from the tray in thew room. Within 10 minutes the cleaning lady pointed this out, to which I had to point out I had just arrived, and that there were no empty crisp bag in my trash. On other occations they counted stuff I had eaten and charged it to me without re-stocking the minibar. Next day they then counted the same item as missing and charged it again. There is no real reason to discuss with them - they just don't understand it. Also I didn't like the window that pointed out to the hallway, so if there was a gap in the curtain everybody passing in the hallway could look right into the bed. Who place a window looking into the inside of the building? And with no window to the outside it was impossible to get fresh air or sunlight into the room.

All the staff were both friendly and very professional. I arranged a taxi with the hotel to pick me up and return me to Manila airport. The driver, Ken was charming and very friendly and professional. Checking in and out was easy. The room was a good size and well maintained. Location is very central. Highly recommended.
